Spacious room, beautiful view, with a great location just a 10-minute stroll from downtown attractions and stunning lake views from the 11th floor room.

The Loews Chicago Hotel has a beautifully inviting lobby with a cozy fireplace, ample seating, and modern decor that makes it accessible and comfortable for seniors. The spacious rooms offered great views and plenty of natural light.
Improve room service response time for senior guests.

missingWrote a review on Nov 20cozy lobbystarbucks cafepoor soundproofing
The lobby offers a cozy fireplace with ample seating, creating an inviting atmosphere. A Starbucks right in the lobby is a great perk to fuel your adventures.
The soundproofing in the Premium Room was severely lacking. I heard a baby crying all night from the neighboring room. It was inconvenient that there were no extra toiletries like toothpaste or additional bathrobes for two guests, along with missing finer touches expected from this level of hotel. Additionally, the high valet parking fee of $75 daily felt excessive, especially considering the lack of other nearby parking options.

The cozy lobby with a fireplace made our stay unforgettable! The room offered amazing views, though the extra fees caught us off guard. Overall, we had a lovely time! 😊

missingWrote a review on Oct 23friendly staffgreat locationpool maintenance issueroom size issueminibar policy
The location near the Magnificent Mile is fantastic for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the pool experience was disappointing, as it was often out of service and not maintained well. Additionally, the room offered was smaller than expected and lacked some necessary amenities, like enough towels for three adults. The strict policies around the minibar were also quite off-putting.

Comfortable Room but Disappointing Service
Enjoyed the cozy Premium Room with stunning city views. The onsite restaurant offered a delightful breakfast that started our day on a high note. However, staff responsiveness was lacking, and my requests for assistance went unanswered. Future guests should inquire about amenities to avoid disappointment.

Fantastic location and beautiful views
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with a phenomenal view of Navy Pier and the river! The room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern decor and plenty of natural light. The staff were incredibly helpful and the on-site dining options exceeded my expectations, especially the breakfast. However, be aware of unexpected charges upon check-out. it caught me off guard.

Loved the corner room with spectacular views and a clean, quiet pool to escape the hustle. Perfect for families!
Hammering at dawn made me question if I was checking into a spa or construction site!

The steaks at Bellwether were hand-cut and downright legendary! Plus, the cozy lobby fireside setup made for a perfect Chicago evening. The location couldn't be beat for convenient strolls through the city!
While we loved our stay, getting hit with extra fees felt like a sneaky surprise party we didn't sign up for.

missingWrote a review on Aug 13incredible roomelegant bathroom
We were really pleased with our choice of this place for our trip. The room was incredible, large bed, huge elegant bathroom, and it had total blackout blinds that let us sleep until 8am every morning.
It certainly wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Aug 03rooftop restaurantgreat shoppinghealthy breakfastexpensive parking
Had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! It’s super close to great spots like the Magnificent Mile for shopping. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight with its amazing views and delicious, healthy options. There’s also a lovely coffee spot for breakfast that’s easy on the wallet. Perfect for our group vacation!
However, parking was a hassle. They charged quite a bit for valet, and self-parking was not much cheaper. It’s a bit annoying considering the nightly rate we paid for the room.

We really loved our stay at this modern hotel! The location was perfect for our family, right near the lake and walking distance to attractions like Navy Pier. The rooms were spacious and the large, comfy beds allowed us to recharge well after a busy day exploring. My girls enjoyed the toys they got, making it feel a bit more family-friendly!
My kids wished there were more entertainment options for families.
